The idea: NutriEscape stems from the idea that achieving a state of physical and nutritional well-being need not be synonymous with giving up and sacrificing, but rather that a healthy lifestyle can be blended with good food, relaxation and fun, without necessarily locking oneself up in a "5-star lager."

The HED (Happy Easy Diet) experience is designed exclusively for 2 people and is aimed at anyone who wants to approach a healthy and lasting weight loss path through a gastronomic experience that starts from the picturesque Amalfi Coast and reaches the green island of Ischia, in line with the principles of the Mediterranean Diet (recognized as the healthiest in the world and an Intangible Heritage of Humanity).
